Website Relaunch: How We Increased Engagement 115% for an IT Managed Services Provider

March 15, 2024

In today's digital landscape, a website is often a company's first impression. It needs to be visually appealing, informative, and most importantly, engaging.

Recently, Kreativa Group partnered with Tech Group, a leading IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Miami. Their existing website, while informative, lacked the visual punch and clear calls to action needed to truly captivate their audience.

Our objective was to completely reimagine Tech Group's online presence. We focused on crafting a website that not only reflected their expertise but also actively engaged users and guided them towards desired actions.

Revamping Content for Modern Audiences

Tech Group's website content received a refresh. We've updated its content to ensure fresh perspectives while maintaining brand voice and factual accuracy. This approach allowed us to provide current information while keeping the content engaging and informative.

Visual Appeal: Captivating Users at First Glance

First impressions matter. We incorporated modern design elements and high-quality visuals to create a website that's aesthetically pleasing and grabs user attention from the moment they land on the page.

Strategic CTAs: Guiding Users on their Journey

Clear calls to action (CTAs) are essential for any website. We strategically placed CTAs throughout Tech Group's website, prompting users to take the next step,  be it contacting Tech Group or exploring their services in more detail.

A Touch of Miami

Subtly incorporating Miami and South Florida elements into the website's design (e.g., local photography) helped showcase Tech Group's service area and establish a sense of connection with the local audience.

The Results Speak for Themselves!

Tech Group's new website has been a resounding success. Here are some key metrics highlighting the positive impact:

  • Engagement:
    • Average engagement time per session: Up 212%
    • Engagement rate: Up 115%

A Collaborative Journey

At Kreativa Group, we believe our work extends beyond the initial launch. We're actively partnering with Tech Group on growth marketing initiatives to further enhance their online presence and drive even stronger results. This includes ongoing content creation designed to attract organic traffic through strategic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts.
