Kreativa Group’s Karina Rubiera Featured in Authority Magazine

December 9, 2024

We’re beyond excited to share that Karina Rubiera, Co-founder of Kreativa Group, was recently featured in Authority Magazine!

In this insightful interview, Karina opens up about her journey as a female founder, sharing thoughtful advice and valuable lessons learned along the way. From the importance of adaptability to building strong partnerships, her story is one of creativity, resilience, and leadership.

Here are some highlights that stand out…

“Be pivot-friendly. The best laid plans often get disrupted as growth will always come with change. Be ready to accept change without losing focus of the long term goals. It’s this change that will lead you where you wanted to be.”

Embracing flexibility is essential for navigating the unpredictable nature of entrepreneurship, especially as a founder in the agency world. Whether it’s adjusting strategies mid-project to ever-changing client needs or adapting to new market trends, Karina is always ready to pivot and adapt as needed.

On women starting companies and what may be holding back more women from founding companies, “In one word, PERCEPTION. When perceptions change, behaviors change. Hoping to see this change become a movement.”

We advocate for more women in leadership positions to level the playing field and we believe that society stands to benefit greatly from the products and services women create. In light of this, we’re striving and committed to pay and position equity. We pay and promote our team based on their experiences, skills, and contributions, not anything else.

“Empathy. The world needs it now more than ever. Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy. Truly get to know your clients, community, world. When you understand, you connect. And with connections you can make more positive impacts in your business as well as the world around you.”

“Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy.” Powerful words as empathy is one of our core values. And we hope that by being a little bit more empathic today and tomorrow, we’re doing our small part in making our world a slightly better place than it was yesterday.

Corporate Website Design That Builds Trust and Drives Results

Get it right and your site becomes a revenue-generating asset operating around the clock. Get it wrong and even strong traffic becomes wasted opportunity. The companies winning in their markets treat their websites as living investments, not finished projects. That distinction matters more than most realize.

How to Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost With PPC

Reducing customer acquisition cost in PPC is less about cutting spend and more about cutting waste. Broad targeting, weak landing pages, and sloppy keyword management are quietly draining budgets across countless accounts right now. The fix involves tightening audience segments, aligning ad copy with landing page messaging, building out negative keyword lists, and letting automated bidding strategies work once conversion data supports them. CAC does not drop by accident. It drops because someone made better structural decisions upstream. This breakdown covers exactly where to start.
