Web Designer
Kreativa Group, a creative and marketing agency based in Miami and Los Angeles, is seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for beautiful yet functional design, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories. This role involves collaborating with our internal team members and our clients to produce high-quality design assets that resonate with our clients' target audiences and align with Kreativa Group's standards of excellence. This is a 1099 contract position.

- Kreativa Fridays - No meetings, with the exception of high priority client work, we work on projects related to Kreativa Group on Fridays. In the summer, this transitions to Kreativa Summer Fridays, where we take Friday afternoons off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of digital creative assets, including websites, landing pages, performance creative (ads) for our clients.
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our creative offerings.
- Manage projects (usually no more than two simultaneously) from concept through completion.
- Meet with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis providing project updates on status, design progress, design reviews.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in design and technology to keep Kreativa Group at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
- US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and with web design tools (Figma).
- Experience in the most common web platforms - Shopify, Webflow, Wordpress.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design, innovation, and learning.
